Suggested & Estimated Party Schedule:
12:00-1:30- Arrival of Guests & Stations- They can dive right in! I will have a table set out to collect their creations. Guests can eat and graze while stations are running. We will have separate tables out for guests to eat at. Stations will close and be cleaned up at 1:30 pm
1:30-2:00 pm- Birthday Cake/ Gifts
Guests under 5 are recommended not to be dropped off.
Costs:
Base: $280 at a rate of $35 per artist.
Add-ons:
$60 for an extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and a designated cake, gift, and food table will be provided with tablecloths. 30 minutes prior to arrival for set up. You also have a 15 minute extra time at the end to clean-up and remove decorations, if you need it.
Total amount due to book: $280 + 60 = $340
Due today: $480.00
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
