✨ Mini Makers is the perfect first art class for your little creator! In this fun-filled one hour class, artists ages 4–5 will explore exciting art topics through stories, hands-on learning, and creative crafts designed just for young imaginations. From painting and sculpting to cutting, gluing, and creating, each class encourages creativity, confidence, and lots of fun!
Friday, June 12th 1:30-2:30 pm
This is a caregiver-assisted class, not a drop-off program, so grown-ups are welcome to join in the magic alongside their mini maker during stories, lessons, and art time. It’s a special opportunity to create memories together while helping your child discover a love for art and learning! 🎨🖍️✨
Teacher: Ms. Natalie
Class Theme: Students will be listening to a story called A Color of His Own, by Leo Lionni and learning about Chameleons! After we will draw a chameleon together and paint it with liquid watercolors! Through this lesson, artist will be learning about color, texture, animal adaptations, habitats, and liquid watercolor techniques!
When to arrive: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time We will start class promptly at the start time.
What to bring and wear: Wear clothes that can get messy!! We may be using things like acrylic paints that can ruin clothing! We do have smocks available. You may bring a water.
Siblings: For our 4–5-year-old classes, we ask that a parent or caregiver remain with their child throughout class. We love creating a shared experience for families to enjoy together! Because our studio is small and cozy, space is very limited. Whenever possible, we kindly ask that non-participating siblings stay home. If bringing a sibling is absolutely necessary, they are welcome to sit quietly in our small bench area during class. Please note that seating is limited, and we appreciate your help in keeping our studio comfortable and focused for all of our young artists. Thank you for your understanding—we can't wait to create with you! 🎨💛
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Payment includes a $10 non-refundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 14 days prior to original class start date may receive a refund minus the $10 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the original class start date are NON-REFUNDABLE. No shows are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch into another date, we can do so with no fees.
This class is not available for scholarship pay.

I'm Natalie Orobello, an Early Childhood educator of over 25 years. I currently teach VPK at Faith Preparatory School in Lake Suzy. I love encouraging student creativity through art and imaginative exploration.
