Please give us 2-3 days to send this email after filling out the form. In this email we will confirm dates, theme, and add ons. We will also provide you with a quote for your party. We will only hold these dates for 5 days, starting when this email is sent. Please watch your email carefully!

Quote email
We will send you a link to pay for the party, the party will not be booked until paid in full. Again we will only hold the date open for 5 days starting with the date on the confirmation/party quote email.
If the party will be individually paid for by the participants, we will create individual links for you to share. For this type of party we will have a minimum participate deadline or a deposit.

Step 1: Group Party Request Form
Important Details/Frequently Asked Questions:
Question: What are the ages you can book a party for? Answer: We can book parties for all ages, however with under 5 we would not do a instructor-led activity, but instead have our art play stations available for the kids for free choice art play time.
Question: How are group events different from birthday parties? Answer: Group bookings/party do not have extra studio time, cake table, decorating time, etc. The structure of time used and space used is different from our birthday parties, and more similar to a canvas painting event.
Question: How many can you accommodate? Answer: Up to 20 artists with older children, teens, and adults. When working with children under 10 the maximum amount of artists would be 12. We are a small studio, so working to the maximum amount of artist does make things tight. Once the party goes over 15, we will plan to have an additional assistant helping.
Question: What can we do for a private group painting event? Answer: You can choose from any of the canvas painting events we have scheduled or have done in the past, as long as materials are available to be sourced. You can also look at our idea bank below. If you would like to have a custom art activity created, this can be done and we will work with you to create it. To do this chose the custom art activity add-on and let us know your ideas.
Question: What does the pricing look like? Answer: Starting at $30 and up per artist mostly depending on activity, materials, time, and time needed. We would need a minimum of 6 artists for a group event/booking.
Question: How long would a group event last? Answer: Each event would be custom, but our typical canvas painting events are an hour and half long.
Question: Can I host an adult event, or is the studio just for kids? Answer: Yes, we can host events for adults!!
Question: Can adults over 21 have alcohol in the studio, like a paint and sip? Answer: At this time no, however, this may change in the very near future. Any event in the future that will have any spirits must be an adult, 21 + only event, each participant will be required to show their ID as proof.
Question: Can I have a group event where everyone has to pay on their own? Answer: Yes! We can create a custom event for you where each participant can pay for their own entry. To book something like this you may be asked for a deposit to host the event and we will need a minimum of 6 participants to run the party.
Question: If I am having a party and someone is not painting, do they still have to pay? Answer: If someone is participating in the activity, yes they will need to pay. Having extra people can be hard with the amount of space we have for the activity. If this applies to you, please note it on the request form below and we will look at individual circumstances for extra people. Please remember that any extra people in the studio can cause a distraction from the instructor-led activity. During this instructor-led activity, extra people would need to be very quiet so the artists can focus on instructions.
We understand that birthday parties will have extra adults. Please check out our space before booking!
Can we have music? Absolutely! I have several studio playlists or you can connect to our Bluetooth Speaker and play your own!
Drop offs: Yes, parents can drop off kids to your care for the party. We will give you an estimated pick-up time with your quote. Please have parents check in with us to collect emergency contact information.
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability.
