Welcome Ms. McQueeney!

Meghan McQueeney is the choir director at Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda. She is a proud graduate from the Bower School of Music at FGCU with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a minor in entrepreneurship. She has been teaching for the past three years post college and singing and performing since she was 5. Meghan has a deep passion for the arts and voice. She enjoys watching football, cuddling with her two cats Orbit and Sage, going to church and playing golf with her fiancé and friends. 

Group music lessons will run along side our art session dates, with a new theme each month!

Beginners Voice with Vocal Instructor Ms. McQueeney (soon to be Mrs. Ritter 💒🥰 - she is getting married!)

Join us for a magical new Group Voice class inspired by stories set in a snowy, enchanted kingdom—where shimmering ice and powerful songs bring fairytales to life.

This session explores music inspired by Nordic and Scandinavian folk music, blended with classic musical theater and modern pop-ballad styles. Singers will experience rich harmonies, epic melodies, and storytelling through music that captures the wonder, emotion, and adventure of a winter fairytale.

Session Dates: January 14th, 21st, & 28th

Give your child the confidence to shine with our Beginner Voice Lessons, a fun and supportive group class designed just for young singers ages 6–12. Taught by our newest studio instructor, Ms. McQueeney (soon to be Mrs. Ritter 💒🥰 - she is getting married!), this weekly session introduces kids to the foundations of healthy, joyful singing.

🎶 Learn beginning vocal techniques, build confidence, and have a blast in a supportive, creative environment!

Students will:
✨ Learn vocal warm-ups and breathing techniques
✨ Build confidence through singing in a supportive group
✨ Practice fun, age-appropriate songs
✨ Discover their unique voice in a positive, encouraging environment

Whether your child loves to sing around the house or wants to try something new, this class is the perfect “first step” into music. Ms. McQueeney (soon to be Mrs. Ritter 💒🥰 - she is getting married!) brings warmth, expertise, and a passion for helping young performers grow.

Step-Up Marketplace Purchases- Please Read!

We are so thankful for the opportunity to serve our Step-Up Marketplace families! As a small, privately-owned studio, we put a lot of care into providing high-quality materials and unique art experiences for every student. We strive to keep our class sizes small for our growing artists!

Attendance: If you are using the Step-Up Marketplace to purchase this art class experience, your artist must attend all classes. IF YOU KNOW OF OR PLAN ON MISSING A CLASS, PLEASE PAY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE AND NOT THROUGH THE SCHOLARSHIP SHOP. Missed classes are not reimbursed to the studio from the state, as we have to keep attendance records. If you use the scholarship option and do not attend a class, you will not be able to use the direct pay in the future. We understand that emergencies and illnesses are out of your control and will make allowances for those circumstances. Please look at the schedule prior to booking this art experience. Miss classes can not be made-up or refunded. Each lesson in a session builds and connects with the other and we want your child to experience the the full curriculum!
