CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Payment includes a non-refundable deposit.

Each art experience has a custom time that you can cancel and be refunded minus the non-refundable deposit. This is located in the product description of each expereince. All cancellations made more than the CUSTOM TIMEFRAME IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION to original booking start date may receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made after the CUSTOM TIMEFRAME IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTION  using original booking start date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch into another date, we can do so with no fees. This is based on availability and not guaranteed.

Summer Camp Cancellation: Full payment is due at the time of enrollment, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 30 days prior to camp start date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the camp start date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch into another summer camp date, we can do so with no fees.

Homeschool Art Sessions Cancellation: Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Payment includes a $60 non-refundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 14 days prior to original booking camp start date may receive a refund minus the $60 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the original booking start date are NON-REFUNDABLE. No shows are NON-REFUNDABLE.

No shows are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Illness/Missed Classes: Please do not send your child to the studio if your child has been experiencing tummy issues, a runny nose, cough or fever. If your child is exhibiting any of these symptoms while at the studio, we will contact you for pick up. We will do our best to find a time that they can make up the class, but this is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes. If a class is missed, the activity is missed as well. It is not guarenteed to be able to make up that activity, as the instructions for such were missed.

Weather-Related Cancellations or Schedule Changes: Weather may effect our schedule and cause either a time delay or rescheduling of classes. We will try our best to give a make-up date if this happens. Refunds will not be given for weather-related schedule changes or cancellations. Again, we will make every effort to reschedule your art experience!

Content & Activity Changes: Sometimes an art experience must be changed slightly from what was advertised or described. This may be due to materials being unavailable or an alteration made to differentiate to the needs of the artist. In this case, refunds or partial refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please contact us at hello@sunshine-artstudio.com if you have experienced a major change of content or activity.

Open Studio & Merchandise: All open studio items available are non-refundable. Merchandise may be refundable if the item is unused and in great condition - on a case-by-case basis. Must provide proof of purchase and must not be past 15 days of the sale date.

YOUR INFORMATION: We will not sell your information to third-parties for marketing. Your privacy is important and we only need to use information for the requested functions and legal requirements.

Pictures: While in the studio, photos or videos may be taken of you and your child. We love to share with you these pictures and use them to let everyone know about how fun our art experiences are! These photos can be used on social media, marketing, and our website. Please let us know if you do not want you or your child’s picture taken and we will honor your request. Your privacy is important to us.

Class Policies

Class/Camp Requirements: Students must be between the ages indicated on the camp/class title at the time of camp for this camp experience, unless discussed with studio.

What to bring and wear: If the class is longer than 2 hours, you may send your child with a NUT FREE snack if desired. We encourange kids to bring a water with them. Wear clothes that can get messy!! We may be using things like acrylic paints that can ruin clothing! 

Class/Camp Times - When to Arrive: Please do not arrive more that 5 minutes prior to the start time of your class as we will be setting up for your art experience - unless otherwise noted for your selected experience. Classes will begin promptly at start time.
