Invoice for 100 painters

Event Details:
Date: April 22nd from 5-7 pm - pizza from 5-5:30 -start painting at 5:30 pm
Project: Vincent Van Gogh Swirls on 9x12 sized canvas. The canvases are first painted in a solid color and then the swirls are added with different colors. All ages elementary age and up can participate and require minimum direct instruction. Younger students will need their adult to help them. I will give instructions, but can be self-guided for late arrivals.
Helpers: I will bring a helper once it reaches a certain number of painters. If there is anyone who would like to help out as well they are welcome to it! Let me know if that is the case so I can account for them as a helper. (no art experience needed) SJES will get SGA to send student helpers for the event. *Can you let me know an estimated amount of helpers when you know?
Amount of painters: Maximum number of painters is 150 for the event.
Supplies to be provided: 9x12 canvases, cups for water, plates for paint, paint, instruction, guidance resource papers for each table (will need to know how many tables when setting up). Canvases will be flat to the table and not on an easel. Wipes & paper towels for tables.
Supplies that may be needed, but not provided: Paper covering for tables. This can be bulletin paper. If possible set-up before (if you need me to help or do it, let me know) Aprons (optional)- we can put on the flyer to wear an outfit that can get messy. Sign-up deadline: Will shut down RSVPs at least by 3:00pm Monday, April 20th (a little more time) I will be able to get any extra supplies I did not get before that night.
Price: $12 per painter. Once we reach the 75 person mark you will pay that half. Remaining due on the event date.
