What is included:
A cat or dog 5 inch stuffy to adopt
A carrying box that we will paint with acrylic paint and paint markers - we also add some fun embellishments
We will make a beaded collar with a charm using either polymer clay or air dry clay
A certificate of adoption for your new pup or cat.
Our estimated party schedule:
6:00-6:10 pm - Welcoming guests
6:10-8:00- Adoption & Art Time - During this time they will be painting their box and making their beaded collar charm and collar. The kids will be able to take breaks for snacks, etc.. If we have extra time on the end of this we can fill it with a little dance party.
8:00-8:30 - Birthday Time - Cake/Gifts
If there are additional kids added, I just need to know 48 hours before the party starts so that we can make sure we have materials and adequate staffing. I will send you an invoice to pay for the additional kids at that time. We have a limit of 12 kids for this party.
Costs:
Base: $210 at rate of $35 per artist for 6 artists
Add-ons:
$60 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake, gift, and food table will be provided with tablecloths. 30 minutes prior arrival for set up & 15 minutes after clean-up time added.
Total due today: $210+60= $270
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
