What is included:
Instructor supported 11X14 painting of Stitch with a tracer for the head
Art Supplies, Smocks
Artist age: 10-11 years old
Private studio use
Suggested & Estimated Party Schedule:
4:30-4:40 - Arrival of Guests -can pass out snacks/food (optional)
4:40-6:30 - Painting times - may take breaks during painting
6:15-6:30 - Flexible time to use as needed- some artists may need a few extra minutes with painting than others.
6:30-7:00- Birthday Cake/ Gifts
For dropped-off artists 7:00 pm a good pickup time to tell other parents
Costs:
Base: $210 at rate of $30 per artist (11×14 canvas) for 7 artists. - If the number of artists increase, I can send you a separate invoice. Please let me know 24hrs prior to the party.
Add-ons:
$60 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake, gift, and food table will be provided with tablecloths. 30 minutes prior arrival for set up.
Due today: $210 + 60 = $270
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
