Instructor supported 11X14 painting of Stitch (Hawaiian Friend)- predrawn picture
Art Supplies, Smocks
Artists age: 5-10 years old

Suggested & Estimated Party Schedule:
12:00-12:15- Arrival of Guests -can have out snacks/food (optional)
12:15-1:45 - (1 hr & 30 minutes) Painting times - may take breaks during painting - Flexible time added to use as needed- some artists may need a few extra minutes with painting than others.
1:45-2:15- Birthday Cake/ Gifts
For dropped-off artists 2:15 pm is a good pickup time.
Costs:
Base: $420 at rate of $35 per artist for 12 artists painting on a pre-sketched canvas
Add-ons:
$60 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake, gift, and food table will be provided with tablecloths. 30 minutes prior arrival for set up.
$35 Digital Invitation - Can include picture in the invitation - send in email (including for free)
Due today: $420 + 60 = $480.00
Cancellation Policy:
Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and only if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
Change in the number of painters: If number of painters are less than what you booked, you can tell us up to 7 days prior to party for a partial refund. This must be done no later than 7 days from original party date. The lowest number of painters you can have for a party is 8.
