Emily’s 11th Birthday Painting Party

Suggested schedule:
12:00-12:15 - Welcome & Snacks
12:15 - 1:45- Painting Time (may be less time)
1:45(ish)-2:00 - Cake, Sing Happy Birthday, Open Gifts
What is included:
Instructor supported 11X14 painting on canvas, Metallic Christmas Tree with glitter and rhinestones.
Art Supplies, Smocks
Artist age: Ages Vary
Costs:
Base: $300 at rate of $25 per artist (12 artists X25=$300). Estimated 12 artists. Please give a final count on 12/21 via email. Any additional artist will need to be paid for prior to party at the same rate with a separate invoice.
Add-ons: No charge- extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake/gift table will be provided.
Due today: $300
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
