What is included: Instructor supported 11X14 painting of (pre-sketched) Stitch, Art Supplies, Smocks (Birthday add-on includes a table for gifts, cake, and food - with table clothes and signs.)

Suggested & Estimated Party Schedule:
11:00-11:10 - Arrival of Guests -can pass out snacks/food (optional)
11:10-12:45 - Painting times - may take breaks during painting
12:45-1:00- Flexible time to use as needed- some artists may need a few extra minutes with painting than others.
1:00-1:30 - Birthday Cake/ Gifts
For dropped-off artists 1:30 pm is a good pickup time to tell other parents
Costs:
Base: $240 at rate of $30 per artist (11×14 canvas) for 8 artists. If you have any additional artists, please let me know at least 24 hours before the party. I can send you an invoice for them at that time. We can go to a maximum of 12 artists.
Add-ons:
$60 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake, gift, and food table will be provided with tablecloths. 30 minutes prior arrival for set up.
$35 for the custom digital invitation - please provide the birthday girl's name, RSVP method, theme and picture (picture optional). If there is anything specific that you would like to include on the invitation- let me know. I always add to wear clothing that can get messy as well as the pick-up time.
$5/canvas for pre-sketched canvases 5×8=40
Total amount due to book: $240 + 60 + 35 +40 = $375

Due today: $375.00
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
