The Great Outdoors Summer Art Camp - Week 2 -June 15-19th- Ages 6-12
Head to the woods with us as you build a 3D camping scene, paint a colorful camper, design your own nature journal, and create amazing woodland animal art! 🏕️🌲🎨
Ages 6-12 years old
Camp Times: Camp runs from 9 am-12 pm. Art Camp is Monday - Friday, with a showcase on the last day at 11:30 am. Families are invited to the 11:30 am showcase to check out all of the amazing artwork!
Featured Projects:
In this camp, your artists will explore a variety of art techniques, materials and subjects that build upon each other. Artists will build a 3D diorama filled with tents, fires and camping gear, paint a vintage camper on a colorful canvas, print their own fabric to make a cover for their own nature journal and draw and paint woodland animals.
Missed Classes: Please look at the schedule prior to booking this art experience. Missed classes can not be made-up or refunded. Each lesson builds and connects with the other and we want your child to experience the the full curriculum!
When to arrive: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time We will start class promptly at the start time.
What to bring and wear: Wear clothes that can get messy!! We may be using things like acrylic paints that can ruin clothing! We do have smocks available. You may bring a water and a NUT FREE snack.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Payment includes a $100 non-refundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to original booking start date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the original booking start date are NON-REFUNDABLE. No shows are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch into another date, we can do so with no fees.
Illness: Please do not send your child to class if your child has been experiencing tummy issues, a runny nose, cough or fever. If your child is exhibiting any of these symptoms while at class, we will contact you for pick up. We will try to get your artist caught up on missed materials, but is not guaranteed.
