What is included: Instructor supported 11X14 painting of (pre-sketched) Sunset, Art Supplies, Smocks (Birthday add-on includes a table for gifts, cake, and food - with table cloths and signs.)

Suggested & Estimated Party Schedule:
11:00-11:20 - Arrival of Guests- will have scallop shells out for guests to color with paint markers. Will have 1 bag per kid to put their shells in when they are done, and approximately 5 shells per kid (placed in the bag) -can pass out snacks/food (optional)
11:20-12:45 - Painting times - may take breaks during painting
12:45-1:00- Flexible time to use as needed- some artists may need a few extra minutes with painting than others. Artist that are finished usually mingle and snack at this time.
1:00-1:30 - Birthday Cake/ Gifts
For dropped-off artists 1:30 pm is a good pickup time to tell other parents
Costs:
Base: $420 at rate of $35 per artist (11×14 canvas) for 12 artists.
Add-ons:
Painting Shells - no charge (This is the first time I have done this with a group - so it is no charge :) )
$60 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake, gift, and food table will be provided with tablecloths. 30 minutes prior arrival for set up. You also have a 15 minute extra time at the end to clean-up and remove decorations, if you need it.
Total amount due to book: $420 + 60 = $480

Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
