What is included:
Art Supplies/Smocks
Art Stations
Station 1: Slime Making Station - can have 4 kids at a time. Will have a container for them to take home slime. Supplies for each child to be able to make 1 slime each (10 kids total)
Station 2: Wood Craft Painting - Choose either unicorn or smile. Both about 6 inches long. Will come with string to hang.
Station 3: Puffy Paint Donuts - Fun & messy station to make donuts on cardboard.
Station 4: Sensory Donut making station. This is just a free play with shaving cream ‘icing a donut’ and ‘adding sprinkles’
Station 5: Painting Station- Tempera Cakes will be out along with paper so artist can choose to paint what they want.

Suggested & Estimated Party Schedule:
5:00- Arrival of Guests
5:00-6:20 - Mix and Mingle/Art Station Time - This is the timeframe that all art stations will be open- Teachers (2) will be at the stations helping the kids- parents can be involved with the stations. If you wanted to bring any food other than cake, feel free to!
6:20-30- We will wrap up the art stations and transition over to birthday party time!
6:30-7:00 - Birthday Cake/ Gifts
Costs:
Base: $250 at rate of $25 per artist for 10 artists
Add-ons:
$60 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake, gift, and food table will be provided with tablecloths. 30 minutes prior arrival for set up & 15 minutes after clean-up time added.
$35 for the custom digital invitation - please provide the RSVP method, theme and picture (picture optional). If there is anything specific that you would like to include on the invitation- let me know. I always add to wear clothing that can get messy.
$120 -Slimes by Amy in Gift Bags for Each kid - $12/ per person- $120 total. Theme for slimes - girly!
Due today: $250+35+60+120 =$465.00
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
