Harper’s Birthday Painting Party!

11:00-12:30pm - Paint Party Time
12:30-1:00 pm - Cake & Gifts
What is included:
Instructor guided 11X14 Painting of Crab
Art Supplies, Tables/Chairs, Smocks
Artist age ranging from 5-10 years old
Costs:
Base: $300 at rate of $30 per artist. Estimated 10 artists. Please give a final count on 10/23/25. Any additional artist will need to be paid for prior to party at the same rate with a separate invoice.
Add-ons: $40 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake/gift table will be provided.
Due today: $300 + 40 = $340.00
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability and if we know at least 48 hours prior to party start.
