Clara’s Birthday Party Ghost Painting

October 25th at 6:30 pm-8:30 pm
Sunset is at 6:50, so I suggest we flip the schedule for the party so that it does not go too late. This way we have maximum glow for the painting part of the party.
Suggested schedule:
6:30-7:00 Cake and Gift Time
7:00-8:30 -Paint Party Time
What is included:
Instructor guided 11X14 Painting of Ghost (pictured)
Art Supplies, Tables/Chairs, Smocks
Artist age ranging from 7-12 years old
Costs:
Base: $210.00 at rate of $30 per artist. Estimated 7 artists. Please give a final count on 10/23/25. Any additional artist will need to be paid for prior to party at the same rate with a separate invoice.
Add-ons: $40 for extra 30 minutes for cake and gifts and designated cake/gift table will be provided.
Glow Party- add on - no charge - we will be using fluorescent paint and painting under black-lights!
Due today: $210 + 40 = $250.00
Cancellation Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking, which includes a $100 nonrefundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 20 days prior to party date may receive a refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 20 days of the party date are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch your party another date we will, based on availability!
