Ages: 7-14 year old
Duration: 1.5 hours - This is a Drop-Off Event
Location: Sunshine Art Studio, Punta Gorda
Get ready for the squishiest, coziest and cutest art event of the summer! Each young artist will be surprised with an adorable, round, super-soft mystery plush friend to "adopt" and bring to life through art.
At this joyful 90-minute experience, each child will:
🎁 Receive a surprise, collectible squishy creature (think: soft, huggable, and full of personality!) *Please note that artist(s) will not choose their squishy creature*
📜 Fill out an official Adoption Certificate
🎨 Paint an 11x14" canvas portrait of their new squishy creature, with creative guidance
🏠 Decorate a pet carrier/home for their new friend
This event combines the excitement of a surprise squishy reveal with a guided art project your child will love. Soft snuggles + colorful creativity = the perfect combo!
Bookings can be made up to 12 hours prior to class start, if available. Once booked, Please fill out artist registration email on your confirmation!
Students must be between the indicated age range at the time of camp/class for this camp/class experience- unless discussed prior to booking.
When to arrive: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time. If you have not filled out an artist registration ( will be emailed to you ) you will be asked to do at the door. Please fill this out prior to class as it helps us plan a better experience for you and your child! We will start class promptly at the start time.
What to bring and wear: Wear clothes that can get messy!! We may be using things like acrylic paints that can ruin clothing! We do have smocks available, but sometimes it may not be enough for this messy & creative class!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Payment includes a $10 non-refundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 24 hrs prior to original booking camp start date may receive a refund minus the $10 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the original booking start date are NON-REFUNDABLE. No shows are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If we are able to switch into another date, we can do so with no fees.
*Please do not send your child to camp if your child has been experiencing tummy issues, a runny nose, cough or fever. If your child is exhibiting any of these symptoms while at class, we will contact you for pick up/ask to leave.
