Join us for a colorful and frozen 2-hour art adventure inspired by the amazing artist Alma Thomas! This is a drop off class.
Date: 11/21/2025 from 4:00- 6:00 pm

In this class, young artists (ages 6–12) will explore color, pattern, and texture as they create their very own Ice Castle masterpiece. We’ll start by painting a bright, patterned background inspired by Alma Thomas’s joyful style. Then we’ll use chalk pastels, oil pastels, and paint to design a shimmering Ice Castle full of frosty magic.
Once our castles are complete, we’ll glue them onto our painted backgrounds to create a stunning mixed-media winter scene that’s as unique as each artist!
No experience needed, just bring your imagination and get ready for a fun, creative afternoon of painting, blending, and building!
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled time We will start class promptly at the start time.
What to bring and wear: Wear clothes that can get messy!! We may be using things like acrylic paints that can ruin clothing! We do have smocks available. You may bring a water.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. Payment includes a $15 non-refundable deposit. All cancellations made more than 5 days prior to original booking start date may receive a refund minus the $15 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 5 days of the original booking start date are NON-REFUNDABLE. No shows are NON-REFUNDABLE. If we are able to switch into another date, we can do so with no fees- if available.
Illness: Please do not send your child to class if your child has been experiencing tummy issues, a runny nose, cough or fever. If your child is exhibiting any of these symptoms while at class, we will contact you for pick up. We will try to get your artist caught up on missed materials, but is not guaranteed.
